At SNS Style, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return or exchange it under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- Accessories such as earrings or hair items (for hygiene reasons).
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at admin@snsstyle.com.
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Return Process

- Approval – Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Return Shipping – Send the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer a store credit or refund.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
